Divisions and Rules: General Information
Cap City Baseball is for players league age 4 to 14. We have 6 co-ed baseball divisions:
- National (Tee-ball for league ages 4 to 6)
- A (Machine-pitch for league ages 6 to 8)
- AA (Modified kid-pitch for league ages 8 to 10)
- AAA (Kid-pitch for league ages 9 to 11)
- Majors (Kid-pitch for league ages 10 to 12)
- Juniors (Kid-pitch for league ages 13 and 14)
Cap City follows the up-to-date version of Little League's Official Regulations and Playing Rules. These are available for free on the Little League Rulebook Mobile App.
Cap City also has certain Local Rules that make limited modifications to LL rules across our baseball divisions.
Cap City Softball is for female players league age 4 to 14. We have 5 softball divisions:
- Rising Stars Softball (Tee-ball & Coach-pitch for league ages 4 to 6)
- Softball A (Coach-pitch for league ages 7 to 8)
- Softball Minors (Modified kid-pitch for league ages 8 to 10)
- Majors (Kid-pitch for league ages 10 to 12)
- Juniors (Kid-pitch for league ages 13 and 14)
